Melt coconut oil. Mix in cocoa powder, Formula 1 Select Natural Vanilla, almond milk, and stir until consistency is like dough. Roll into balls, and place on baking paper.
Place another piece of baking paper on top and roll with pin until flat.
Sprinkle with pistachio and coconut flakes, then refrigerate until hardened.
